Read what our patients
are saying!

"Dear Dr. Pitts,
Just a few short months ago the very thought of a dental appointment would make
me feel physically sick. Waiting in a dentist office for my turn in the chair
was an absolute nightmare for me. I went to see several dentists who say they
specialize in chickens and left their office feeling disheartened and depressed.
More worries and more ugly feelings to add to my high anxiety state of being.
I was embarrassed about my mouth, and my appearance. I hated the feeling of
being controlled while a dentist made comments about how bad my mouth was and
what a problem it would be for him to help me.
So, I would suffer both emotionally and
physically until something erupted and forced me to see a dentist. I was given
conflicting information from dentists. Fear, worry, anxiety, embarrassment,
disheartened, depressed, dealing with conflicting opinions that was me.
And then I found you, and your wonderful staff as I left that first day armed
with gifts, information, choices, feeling valued that you and your staff were
there for me.
World Class customer service all begins
with listening with the intent to understand, a habit that has been mastered by
you and your entire staff. Your team is synergized and I was an honorary and
active member of that team and actually enjoyed working together in a spirit of
creative cooperation!
The results are in and I look beautiful, I
love my appearance I smile all the time. The folks at work who saw me on daily
basis they stop me in the halls and say "Wow" I love your (hair, eye-make up,
blouse). Even though there is a big improvement in my appearance, my smile looks
so natural that it was not obvious even to those who saw me on daily basis for
years! The smile looks so natural. I look 20 years younger.
Thank you and all your staff for all you do!

P.S. For the anxious, I would have tipped the scales with severe as my dental
anxiety level before my first visit with Dr. Pitts. Now it's like I am a
different person. Conquer is a great word. Conquer is a great feeling. I
strongly recommend that you allow Dr. Pitts and Staff to be your champions in
conquering your anxiety. In addition, the quality of work done by Dr.
Pitts is top shelf !"

In 1998 we moved to Lutz, Florida, about a 25-mile drive to his new office on
Belcher Road, to be closer to my work near USF and Busch Gardens in Tampa.
Rather than finding a new Dentist closer to home, we have gladly continued to
travel to Dr. Pitts. No one else can compare. In 2002 my Brother-in-law moved to
Florida, lives in Wesley Chapel, and guess what. Yup, he too goes to Dr. Pitts.
Our daughter, who now lives in Atlanta, Georgia still sees Dr. Pitts when she is
visiting and needs that tender loving care. Soon, our son will be visiting with
our grandchildren; and I won't be surprised if they see Dr. Pitts. That would
then make four generations of our family.
I could talk about all of the great things that Dr. Pitts does - the care, the
quality of work, the fairness - but I think our long-term family commitment to
him as our Dentist says it all. He truly is like having a Dentist in the family."

"I have been a patient for 15 years and have been very pleased with the
promptness and friendliness of the office staff.
I always thought I had nice teeth but in 1999 Dr. Pitts suggested I get veneers
for my top front 4 teeth to repair some cracks that occurred. Now I have a
beautiful smile and love the natural look that they have given me."

"Nobody ever knew how phobic I was about going to the dentist, however when I
smiled, my teeth spoke volumes. They made me look ten years older than my true
age and it was vanity that finally led me to Dr. Pitts. Having just moved from
New York to Florida, I didn't know anyone well enough for a referral. I let my
fingers do the walking through the yellow pages and came across the ad for Dr.
Pitts' office. What I read pleased me and I finally made the "dreaded"
appointment.
I met with Dr. Pitts and told him about my phobia. He was very understanding and
assured me he could make me smile again with absolutely no pain involved in the
process of restoring my smile. He was true to his word.
Combined with the gentleness of Dr. Pitts and the compassion of his entire
staff, I actually look forward to my regular check-ups. I feel like I'm visiting
old friends."
Sincerely,
-

"Dr. Pitts became our family dentist shortly after we moved to
Clearwater in 1987, starting with our son who began attending Countryside High
School. At that time Dr. Pitts' office was right across the street from the High
School, and it was very convenient. Soon the whole family was going to Dr.
Pitts. In 1992 my In-Laws moved to Florida; and, you guessed it, they became
happy patients as well. So Dr. Pitts became the family dentist to three
generations of our family."
